Common questions
Do I need to have built my site with Bisyri?
No. These plans work on any WordPress site, regardless of who built it. Before starting I'll do a quick audit to document your current setup and flag any existing issues — so we know exactly what we're working with from day one.
What happens if a plugin update breaks my site?
Before every update I take a full backup. Updates are applied to a staging environment first where possible, and tested before going live. If anything breaks after an update, I roll back immediately and investigate the conflict — at no extra charge. This is exactly why you don't want to click "update all" yourself without a safety net.
What counts as a "content update"?
Text changes, swapping images, updating opening hours, adding a team member, editing a service description — anything that takes under 30 minutes. It doesn't roll over if unused. For larger changes (new pages, redesign sections) I'll quote separately.
What's the difference between the two plans?
Website Care keeps your site healthy and online. Care + SEO Health adds a layer on top: I check your rankings, Search Console, Core Web Vitals, and broken links every month. If you're already showing up in Google searches and want to protect and build on that, Care + SEO Health is the right choice. If you just want the site to stay secure and updated, Care is enough.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No minimum commitment on either plan. Cancel with 30 days' written notice to bisyriy@gmail.com. Your site stays yours — I don't hold anything hostage.
Does this include hosting?
No — these are maintenance plans, not hosting. You keep your existing host or I can recommend one that fits your site's traffic. Hosting costs are separate and paid directly to your provider.
I have a Wix / Squarespace / Webflow site — does this work?
The full plan is designed for WordPress because that's where maintenance matters most (WordPress powers 43% of the web and is the primary target for attacks). For Wix, Squarespace, or Webflow, the platform handles core updates automatically — but I can still help with content updates, SEO health monitoring, and Search Console.
