Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Bisyri collects when you visit bisyri.co, sign up for the free toolkit, or pay for a service — and how that data is used and protected.

1. What data we collect

When you sign up for the free toolkit (/free-toolkit/):

• Your email address
• Your name (if provided)

When you use the contact form:

• Your name and email address
• Your message
• Your IP address (used for spam prevention only — not stored)

When you make a payment:

• Payment is processed entirely by Stripe. Bisyri never sees or stores your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies: stripe.com/privacy

When you visit the site:

• Standard server logs (IP address, page visited, browser type) may be retained by Vercel, our hosting provider, for security and performance purposes

2. How we use your data

• Email address — to send the free toolkit you requested, and to send occasional emails about SEO, web design, and AI automation. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
• Contact form messages — to respond to your enquiry. Messages are delivered to our inbox via Resend and not stored in any database.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe to process your subscription or one-time payment. We receive confirmation of payment and your email address from Stripe.

3. Third-party services we use

• Resend — email delivery service. Your email address and name are passed to Resend to send the welcome email. resend.com/privacy
• Kit (ConvertKit) — email marketing platform used to manage our subscriber list. If you sign up for the free toolkit, your email is added to our Kit list. kit.com/privacy
• Stripe — payment processing. All card data is handled by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy. stripe.com/privacy
• Vercel — website hosting. Vercel may collect server logs. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

We do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Cookies

bisyri.co itself does not set any first-party tracking cookies. Third-party services embedded in the site (such as Stripe's checkout) may set their own cookies when you interact with them. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Data retention

• Email subscribers — your email remains on our Kit list until you unsubscribe.
• Contact form messages — retained in our email inbox until manually deleted.
• Payment records — Stripe retains transaction records as required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to processing or request restriction
• Withdraw consent (e.g. unsubscribe from emails)
• Data portability

7. International transfers

Bisyri operates globally. Your data may be processed by third-party services (Resend, Kit, Stripe, Vercel) whose servers are located in the United States or the European Union. These providers maintain appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new "last updated" date.
